The student organization for those majoring in TEE is TEECA, or the Technology and Engineering Education Collegiate Association. Students are guaranteed membership into the BYU Chapter of TEECA by attending seminar each semester. The purpose of TEECA is to promote leadership, fellowship, scholarship, and a philosophical foundation for future technology and engineering teachers, through coordinated activities at the chapter, state, regional, and international level. TEECA is sponsored by ITEEA, which is the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association.
