12 BYU TES students went to Atlanta to compete in the Technology and Engineering Collegiate national competitions as part of the International Technology and Engineering conference.
Our students took 1st place in the most prestigious competition: Teaching.
We also took 1st place in a very competitive media video production competition.
We finished 2nd in a very challenging autonomous solar problem solving competition, and 2nd place in the technology bowl (jeopardy type challenge).
The conference also awards an overall grand champion based on event performance, and we won that award too.
We also had 3 of our students awarded with the Outstanding TEECA student, ITEEA student of the year, and Chapter of the Year awards.
